WEEK 7: ANALYST ROLE #soyer17/18

Hi, I am Diego and this week I am the analyst of my group: Universal Teachers.

The topic for this week has been: Comic-life summarizing resources. We had to choose a type of comic and to write one with the 10 concepts that we considered more important from the entire subject. We chose a before/after perspective, one that I consider very interesting and funny.

The best thing about this task was the workgroup because as we were doing the pictures for the task, we were developing as a group, creating many funny pictures and creating a lot of situations that will be remembered in the future. Actually, I think that this task has been important, not only for remembering all the important concepts but also for remembering all the good moments that we have had during these 3 months, we have laughed, we have argued each other but the most important thing from all of these is that those moments make our life special. 

I recognize that my time in university wouldn’t be the same without all my partners that now are more than that, I can call them ‘’good friends’’.

Although we have worked a lot on this task and we have improved our coordination as a group, everything couldn’t be good and the only bad thing I can highlight is the number of good ideas that were deleted in the process of making the pictures; I consider that our group have one mistake with the ideas because we just look for them in order to the task but after getting them, we just stop thinking about other possibilities.

This is something that I think we should improve in future tasks because in my opinion, creating a task is more than just collecting and organizing the things we are going to present on Wednesday.

 This process of thinking of the ideas and reflecting upon them I like to call it ‘’Meditation’’, a process I consider so important not only for the university but also in our life daily life as we are always in contact with people and acting in the ways we think are proper for us, but something that we have to learn is that everything we do have consequences in the future, we don’t know if they could be good or bad consequences, so we have to take care of everything we do and think twice before acting.
