WEEK 4. FACILITATOR ROLE #soyer1718

Hey there! How are you guys doing? I'm Lola Rubio and this week I've been Universal Teacher's facilitator. My main  objective  has been to organize the group work, by dividing tasks and coordinating the members of the group with each other. I started analyzing what the task consisted of, after that, the work we were meant to develop was  split   into  little tasks so each one of us could focus  on  different aspects to  maximize  our efficiency and later on contrast our performance and make it a united work. My  responsibility  in the group was big, so I made sure all the steps we had to make were being followed, I supervised everyone's work, reviewed the tasks, and gave my personal opinion introducing some changes in the presentations in order to improve the final result. I believe our team had me as a person that is willing to help whenever possible and give the best out of me to make a good performance. I really enjoyed t...

Welcome to a new week in our blog. This week, as the rest of them in the future, we have changed the roles of the group’s member. Now the roles are: v   Roberto as the curator farmer v   Lola as the facilitator v   Mavi as the analyst v   Yassín as the star v   Maria Jose as the translator v   Diego as the journalist So, as you will have supposed, this week I (Diego) am going to be in charge of the blog, so I hope all of you enjoy reading it. So, let’s go with the story! This fourth week seems to be ‘’funny’’ as we don’t have a diversity teacher yet, at least we have some free hours to work in other subjects. This Monday we have started with educational psychology and in my opinion, it has been an average class as there is nothing relevant to tell about it. After that class, we have had the BEST CLASS EVER, THE CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE, THE PIAGET OF THE CLASSES IN THE UNIVERSITY: SCHOOLAR ORGANIZATION   (actually this is an excessiv...

According to the activities we have done this week, we must highlight the five basic concepts that I consider most important in this activity: - Creative Common License : This is a license which allows, taking into account the traditional vision of reserving author rights, both individuals, and large companies, in a basic and identical way everywhere, it allows to promote a series of frames legal for such creative works. Thus, other people may be able to see these works and may be shared, so it is a way to allow the flow of knowledge from different points of the planet, always within a legal framework. It is a way to transmit knowledge and culture, as long as copyright is kept. - Creative Common License, Elements : Within the Creative Common, we find different types of licenses, which vary depending on the conditions that make them, so we highlight 4 different types of conditions: We have the conditi...
