WEEK 4. FACILITATOR ROLE #soyer1718
Hey there! How are you guys doing?
I'm Lola Rubio and this week I've been Universal Teacher's facilitator. My main objective has been to organize the group work, by dividing tasks and coordinating the members of the group with each other. I started analyzing what the task consisted of, after that, the work we were meant to develop was split into little tasks so each one of us could focus on different aspects to maximize our efficiency and later on contrast our performance and make it a united work.
My responsibility in the group was big, so I made sure all the steps we had to make were being followed, I supervised everyone's work, reviewed the tasks, and gave my personal opinion introducing some changes in the presentations in order to improve the final result.
I believe our team had me as a person that is willing to help whenever possible and give the best out of me to make a good performance.
I really enjoyed this task and had fun developing it.
